Private and Corporate Yoga


Do you feel you'd benefit from some one-on-one time with Janice?  She offers private instruction to help you tap into a deeper awareness of your body and reach your next level.  A pricing plan will be developed based upon your location and the number of visits you arrange.

Private sessions offer the personalized instruction necessary to develop a greater understanding of yoga and the many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, fine tuning your practice and deepening your connection to your breath. The private class is based entirely on your needs. Janice will work with you to create a practice suitable for where you are now.

Private lessons are offered  at your home or office.

***Please note, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private sessions. Charges will apply for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.***


Semi-privates are a great way to have a more intimate experience with Janice, for a lower financial investment than a one-on-one session. The class size is limited to 5 students, which gives the teacher more opportunity to give individual attention and tips for you to use in your practice.  You can find a group of up to 5 friends to schedule your own semi-private lesson.  Please contact us directly to schedule.

We will tailor a yoga program to your organization. Customized classes, suited to the level of your employees - and we will progress our teaching to address students’ growth in their practice.
