Tiny Cabin Yoga Weekend with Janice Ingson and Emily Watcher

*THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED. STAY TUNED FOR NEW DETAILS!  (Or reach out directly to to chat about it.)

We are super stoked to include you in this weekend gathering of community and fun!

We really hope you can join us for a weekend of yoga and adventure at this incredible eco-community of "tiny house cabins" at Deep Creek Lake! The spirit of the Blue Moon Rising village is that of a community, which is perfect for us! We are excited to experience the beauty and adventure of Deep Creek Lake while staying in some of these tiny cabins!

Who: You (and you can bring up to three family members and/or friends to share a cabin.)*
*Dogs are also welcome on the property, for a small fee.

What: A weekend of yoga, meditation, hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, kayaking, maybe even whitewater rafte=ing! in Western Maryland. (All water activites are a small additional fee.)

Where: Blue Moon Rising on Deep Creek Lake: a community of tiny-house cabins that arose from a vision to enhance the ecotourism and sustainability community in Garrett County, Maryland. Built in the vein of the tiny home movement, these tiny cabins provide the best possible use of space; a space to rest before your outdoor adventures, and then to relax and reflect afterwards.
All building material for the cabins was carefully selected to fit the community's mission of an environmentally sustainable community. Every material and construction decision was weighed against its impact on the earth. With this in mind they worked within the three R’s, Reclaimed, Recycled, or Recyclable.
Nestled on 15 acres overlooking Deep Creek Lake, the property that is home to Blue Moon Rising is nearly as unique as the cabins themselves. Rolling hillsides, ever-changing lake views, and a dense canopy of timber all combine to create a perfect setting. (

When: Friday, May 19th - Sunday, May 21th, 2017
Cost: $425 per person
The cost of the weekend trip includes:
- two nights of lodging in a tiny cabin,
